I have over 13 years of yoga experience and I am trained with the Amala School of Prenatal Yoga. I specialize in a. type of yoga specific to the postpartum body and can help you gain the tools you need to get to know your new body and strengthen areas that may be vulnerable during the postpartum time. My style of yoga can be done even when your baby is with you and I am happy to offer you private sessions that will focus on your postpartum health and healing, both on the physical and emotional level. I know as a mom myself that it is not always easy to leave your newborn and head to the yoga studio. Yoga sessions are generally held in your home to make it convenient for you, but I can also offer a space if needed.

Postnatal Yoga: Sundays 1:30-2:30 Gentle Evening Stretching and Meditation: Thursdays 8:30-9:15pm Private Sessions: Time slots available on Wednesday evenings, Thursdays daytime, Fridays daytime, and some weekends. Contact me for more information!
