Hello and thanks for stopping by! My name is Rose Campbell and I am a certified postpartum doula and postpartum yoga specialist. I am passionate about serving mothers, babies, and families through yoga and postpartum doula services, which is why I created "Mama. Baby. Yoga."
My yoga instruction, held in either class format or through a private session, focuses on healing the postpartum body and calming the mind through one of life’s biggest transitions. Maintaining stability both physically and emotionally is difficult as a mother, but also necessary in order to heal and keep a sense of well-being. I work with both new mothers as well as women who are farther into their postpartum journey (are we ever not postpartum?) and I try to leave my clients feeling confident in their ability to maintain a gentle and helpful home practice.
As a mother myself and someone passionate about listening to and helping women, I understand the needs of my clients. Apart from yoga instruction, I offer many postpartum doula services including helping my clients to process their birth, folding laundry, playing with older children, cooking, helping with breast-feeding, and belly binding.
